 Festival of National cuisine, devoted to 15th anniversary of the Republic began in Pavlodar. Since May till August 16 national-cultural centers of the city will submit to contest the best dishes of their
nation.
The first in "Urartu" restaurant became original exhibition ground, representative jury and guests tasted dishes cooked by professional cooks and women of Armenian Diaspora.
As the coordinator of Small Assembly of Nations of Kazakhstan, Yulia Strelchuk, noted by conditions of the contest on the table were everyday, holiday and ceremonial dishes. The guests of the contest - veterans, leaders of national-cultural centres and workers of culture got acquainted with history of Armenian cuisine peculiarities and receipts of presented national dishes.
In its turn the Jewish Community of Pavlodar is also preparing to the contest. Now representatives of Female and Culinary club of Community Center discuss the future menu. But one of the dishes is known already today. At the request of friends - representatives of national-cultural centers of the city - Jewish Community will cook "Ryba-Fish".
Small Assembly of the Nations of Kazakhstan and city department of culture founded the festival-contest, consider that it will prompt to harmonization of international relations. Citizens will get the new information about healthy meal, widen their knowledge on people living in our country.
