In the beginning of October in Shymkent the seminar was conducted within the framework of the program "Young leadership".

"To shake" youth, to find the leaders, to train the guys to pose purpose and to achieve result - here are basic tasks, which were posed before the organizers of the seminar.

At seminar there were 19 men in the age of from 16 till 33 years old, the majority from which for the first time met with each other. Therefore first day was spent basically on acquaintance: the psychologists Irina Zaltsman and Ocsana Abdulkadirova conducted game trainings promoting rallying of group.

Certainly, in mixed group and interests at the guys are different. If for the teenagers the main is - cheerfully to spend time and to communicate with peers, the 25-year's young people are more interested in career, creating of own business. Nevertheless, some participants showed leader's quality and could organize teams around themselves.
The work of the second day began from the report of the participant of a seminar Nicolay Atran on questions of Judaism and modernity. The report of Nicolay with elements of training games caused the large interest at the gathered guys. The guys showed the large desire further at youth meetings and seminars to study questions of Judaism and Tradition.

After coffee - break the time was devoted to serious work: the guys formed the purpose, checked it on "ecological compatibility" - that is made sure, that it is really what they want, that their purpose does not harm environmental. Further it was important to think over steps on realization of the plans, to take into account nuances. The work was carried out in microgroups, and also individually.

After training the participants send to for the sake of what they gathered at seminar: to discussion of their role in the Jewish youth movement. The directions were planned, in which further the work will be carried out. They decided to begin studying of Tradition, languages - English and Hebrew. In the plans also are dancing club and study of modern music.

In end the Round table was conducted, at which they summarized their work. The participants of a seminar remained pleased with results, wished each other necessarily to meet again. And all wishing participants of a seminar can pass distant training on a site of Association "Mitsva".
