The exhibition under the name «Evacuation to Kazakhstan 1941-1943gg» opened in the House of Friendship of Aktobe.

More than 39 copies of archival documents of almost 69-year prescription were shown. All exhibition occupied more than 600 square meters. Expositions were divided into thematic zones that allowed guests to pass literally an evacuation way "completely" and to feel all stages of life through which passed the evacuated. Within the event documents orders and resolutions, grain cards, lists of evacuated were presented to visitors, also inquiries about evacuation were and much more. Besides, people endured evacuation were invited. They told the history of evacuation.

The purpose of carrying out an exhibition is patriotic education, formation of historical understanding of the great and tragic past of the country.

Various forms of work were used: exhibition, publications, cooperation with mass media and television. In two higher education institutions for exhibiting of an exhibition the days were chosen when on the basis of higher education institutions the conferences devoted to the Great Patriotic War were made. This decision allowed capturing more wide range of users, and our exhibition could see not only students and teachers, but also veterans, and also participants of conferences.

The offer of the management of the House of Friendship of carrying out in 2013г more developed exhibition on this subject became result of an exhibition.
